General frequently asked questions

Nicky transport & Tours is dependable, not only for the quality services we provide, but also for how we carefully manage the relationships we develop. We believe consistency is key to building trust.

A daily car rent takes 12 hours from the time it has been released for rent. The return date and time will be clearly indicated. Exceeding the return date and time attracts full payment for the following day unless approval has been given by the company to exceed the stated time.

The refund of the caution money is done immediately as soon as the car is retuned and received at the company office premises.

The company will avail its mechanical team to follow up and rectify the issue as soon as possible. For self drive contracts, the client will cater for the costs as per the car rental contract. If it is a contract with a company driver, the company will cater for all related maintenance costs.

Online payments, bank deposits and cash payments options are all available and allowed by the company

It is not allowed to cross the county border with the company rented car unless permission to do so has been given by the company
